• 24ft Centre Lathe: Our workshop features a large 24ft centre lathe capable of handling extensive turning operations with precision, essential for manufacturing large components used in cooling towers.
• Radial Drilling Machines: These machines are utilized for creating accurate and consistent holes in various materials, ensuring precise assembly and alignment of cooling tower components.
• Hydraulic Presses: We employ hydraulic presses for a variety of forming operations, ensuring uniformity and strength in our structural components.
• Gearbox Assembly Line: Our dedicated assembly line for gearboxes ensures that each unit is assembled to exact specifications, contributing to the reliability and performance of our cooling towers.

Heavy-Duty Handling and Precision Balancing:

  • Overhead Track Crane: Spanning 50ft x 150ft, our overhead track crane facilitates the safe and efficient handling of heavy components within the workshop, ensuring seamless workflow and reducing the risk of damage during transport.
  • Dynamic Balancing Machines: Computer-operated dynamic balancing machines are employed to balance drive shafts with the highest level of accuracy. This reduces vibration, enhances operational safety, and extends the lifespan of the drive shafts.
  • Torque Testing Machine: Our torque testing machine applies specified torque to carbon fiber composite drive shafts, ensuring that they perform reliably even under extreme conditions.

Comprehensive Testing Facilities:

  • Gearbox Testing Rigs: We utilize advanced testing rigs to measure sound levels, vibrations in all three axes, temperature rise, and conduct leakage tests on gearboxes. This comprehensive testing ensures that each gearbox meets our stringent quality standards in compliance with CTI standards.
  • Slotting Machines: These machines are used for making keyways in drive shaft couplings, crucial for ensuring secure and accurate connections between components.
